Caroline and I went on this year's Toy Run... leaving from Fred Deeleys, Vancouver... going straight through down-town Vancouver. The police, volunteers have blocked off all intersections through the down town core, so the entire motorcycle parade would ride as a group. Great ride, but very slow! We drove across Lion Gate Bridge and ended up at Ambleside Park.
after a short break, we all headed up into Surrey... this time without the police escort. We all ending up at the Cloverdale Fair Grounds.
As in most runs, the predominate motorcycle is the Harley Davidson. |
a lot of different biker clubs partake in these events, good to see. |
This is where we ended up...the Cloverdale Community Center... food, drinks and prizes / awards were handed out.
The main reason for the ride... lots of toys for the kids! |
Well this ends another year of motorcycle riding... the bike will be in storage until next year!
